That's what I tell the ladies to make up for my lack of physical size. It's small but fine and I know how to use it

CP3 wouldn't have injured his hamstring if they had a better facility, and they would have won a championship. Cheap les, and poor man Tilman.

But the problem I guess is there is a certain budget that Tillman will pay for, he may not be in financial trouble but honestly he seems poorer than Les, Les owned the Rox 100% Tillman had to have a team behind him.

Rox divert that money to trainers like Rosas as well as state of the art analytic equipment and coaching. In contrast NOP might have a state of the art facility but they have no budget for scouting and analytics thats why their players are bad, coaching is bad and picks and trades are bad.

It's bound to happen - they will get a new one. Eventually.

I recall them getting dat new locker room with stats and picture of the player above their locker when Dwight signed.

    Matter of time really.

Nobody can be that much of a cheapskate.

I think the Spurs facilities looks like a prison... So basically it was designed perfectly according to pop's specs.

The squad is under 15 people, is there actually a need for multiple courts? What I'm more interested is the condition of the other facilities, i.e. the gym, the spa etc etc

    Not so ramdom thought:
Maybe that is why our youth is ALWAYS in the valley and NEVER see ANY playing time for coach to trust them >> makes rotation tighter because one only plays what one sees.

I think the idea was to have it convenient and central...if the players want something "off site" should not be a problem. It was at HBU/Westside in the old days so they just need to find a spot.

I've already read that he's going to make a very nice practice facility and will build a small town center around it. I'm just hoping he can kill 3 birds with 1 stone. Get a Clutch Gaming arena to go with it and double up the locker rooms (and maybe a couple more courts) for the Comets if they can work out a deal to bring them to Fertitta Center. Rockets/Comets practice facility and a Clutch Gaming arena inside a town center would be great.

As for not being on the "cutting edge" because of not having a good practice facility; I've yet to see even one mention that the RGV Vipers have opened the Bert Ogden Arena last month, had a WWE there and some concerts already. It's the first arena build specifically to house a D-League (still refusing to say G-League) as Atlanta's will open next season in College Park, GA. This is a really good thing for the Rockets organization.

I think Rockets practice facilities are important and do need to improve but also feel the Nuggets, Pelicans and Blazers need to get on their D-League projects faster to create a 30 team league and a true minor league system. If the Rockets are getting crap for not having a nice practice facility, why are these 3 teams exempt from criticism for not fast tracking their minor league affiliates?

For the NBA as a whole, it is way more important to get a true minor league system going.
For the Rockets as an organization, it's more important for us to get a nice practice facility.

I want both but feel getting D-League to 30 is more important at moment.
