Harden hit at least 3 mid range J's today, and plenty of shots off the dribble. There's a nice hot plate of crow waiting for you Sweet Lou...

Harden was almost a Washington Wizard.

Beal and Singleton for Harden. Washington turned it down because they thought Harden wasn't a max player.

That lack-of-a-trade trade is looking bad for them right now, IMO.

According to Washington Post, it's because of the luxury tax implication - not that Harden is not considered a max player.

Why bump this thread when we have a whole thread on the Harden-Wizards thing?

Most of OKC's pieces haven't even had time to pan out. Lamb is still a rookie, that draft pick is looking VERY nice and there's another 1st round pick in the package too. If OKC can get Nerlens Noel with that pick from Toronto and then he recovers and becomes an All-Star, this trade might look a lot different.

The Toronto pick is a 10th-11th pick in a crap draft. Since when is that very nice?

Lmao unless lamb becomes elite past Hardens level.
You will never have a Harden type player at the 10 spot of a draft pic

I still love this trade. All I'm saying is these type of deals take time to evaluate. Go back and evaluate the Lakers "heist" of Pau Gasol and you'll understand what I mean.

Seriously, and Toronto's playing a bit better. We all would be disappointed right now if we had held onto the pick, and this draft doesn't even look all that exciting.

Kobe was 17 immature as hell and made it known that he
wasn't playing unless it was for the lakers. The 76ers were stupid for not believing him lol .With the 1year college rule
you won't have that type of of luck. I'm sure there will be an exception
but be honest what are the chances of that happening again .
