    On a serious note though, there is no excuse for toyota center being so crappy in attendance.

    We have a superstar and we are one of if not the most exciting team in the NBA. We score bunches of points and are a young team on the rise...PLUS we have Lin.

    If the Rockets keep winning and stay in the playoff hunt, they will be talked about in national sports media and that'll get more attention and people at home games. Everybody loves a winner.

    It's the Rockets' own fault for taking the team off TV...

    You trolling? Its Lin. Without lin, Rockets wouldn't be on the map. Harden or no harden. Lin is a media superstar. Right up there with Kobe and Lebron.

    Lin (and Harden's rise) is definitely helping as is our higher scoring offense. We're an exciting team.

    But take all these numbers with a grain of salt. It's very early and teams haven't even play half their road games - so really these numbers are heavily influenced by the schedule (how many good home teams with good home attendance has a team played) more than anything else.

    How else can you explain the Kings being number 4?

    I expect this list to move around a lot between now and April.

    Yes, this list is really screwed. With Lin on the team, its preposterous we are not #1.

    Some veterans here obviously have no idea what Linsanity means. They thought like this:
    Linsanity = Asian phenomenon
    but not this:
    Linsanity = American phenomenon

    I'm glad you understand it... most don't unfortunately. When you think American, in most circumstances you think white.

    Maybe Dreamboat Parsons has something to do with it as well?
