I just got back from seeing "The Ring". It was the freakiest, scariest movie that I've ever seen. It was awesome. Has anyone else seen it? I was sweating the whole time. Luckily I had a coat to cover my eyes when it got really scary.
Easily the freakest film I've seen in my 23 yrs. on this planet. It was so bad that there were some girls (16-17 I think) coming out of the movie CRYING! I was so disturbed/scared/confused/glad it was over that I had to sneek into another movie just so I wouldn't go home and go to sleep w/ that being the last thing on my mind.
I can see it now..."I went to go see 'The Ring' and when it was over there was a guy in his late 20s crying while his wife kept telling him to stop being a wuss."
Am I reading things or did someone ask for pictures? One of the 50 most beautiful people in the world. according to People Magazine
Do you want me to write a note for you... Dear Mrs. Max: MadMax will be unable to see "The Ring." A film of this type could cause anything from headaches to seizures accompanied by mild bouts of shaking in fear. Please make your moviegoing plans accordingly.
this movie looked dumb to me from the commercials... but after all these reviews, i'm intrigued. but i guess i shouldn't go alone if I don't want to be scared. I shouldn't take a date either, for fear of crying in front of her. Plus, how good could the evening go if the girl gets scared of the dark afterwards?
uumm was it just me or was that movie not very good or even remotely scarcy. just saw it with a easily spooked girl and even she wasn't scared at all
It wasn't just you. I thought it was horrible. I was ready to be scared from all the hype and it was a big letdown. Before you become incredibly bored, you go to see The Ring.
hmmmmmmm...... we have a few who were scared out of their wits and a few who say it was boring. I guess I`ll have to go see it now to see whose right. I LOVE scary movies, so I hope it is
She deserves to be on that list . I don't get how anyone wouldn't be scared seeing that movie. It was a great scary movie.
Only part that made me jump was at the very end with Noah. Don't want to say more. It was a great idea, but man they could have done so much more with it. I kept waiting for "jump" scenes but to me there could have been a lot more and better timed. As for scarier movies, I saw The Blair Witch Project not knowing it was faked, that scared the hell out of me. Only wish I had seen it in the theater though. But the best most recent scary movie hands down was The Sixth Sense.
