    Perhaps that ties in the relavance of the remark..."You weren't supposed to help her." Maybe by freeing her from the well, it has allowed her spirit to possess others?

    All things considered, the only think that I can think of is that she was spared because she released the girl. Just because she thinks that copying the tape has saved her does not mean that this is why she was spared. We never saw to the day when the child was supposed to die. That being said, I want to repeat that a sequel and prequel are planned for this movie to help explain more of this.

    That gives me the willies. You know what would have been really scary though? If they showed the video clip to us at the end of the theater. Then a phone rings in the theater...............

    I do have one question. Why did the horse go all whacko when she tried to touch it? I couldn't figure that out.
