like the title says. request for something you need, or even say something about a product you use that you really like.

request: need someone who knows his stuff to recommend to me a digital watch for use in my job on the oil rigs. something waterproof, sweatproof, comfy straps for hours of use in the hot mid east weather, digital compass is a plus, alarms n usual tech.
you can say a specific model, just the brand, or even dos n donts of picking the type of product. i know timex and Gshock, anything particular or anything else better than these brands?

    recommend: buff headwear
i use it to protect against the sun and sand storms here in the desert. breatheable, UV protection, lightweight. my particular model gantes red

    also maui jim sugar beach
so light n safe classic style

I have a dead E-74'ed Xbox on my hands. Where can I send it to get it fixed at a reasonable price?

I recommend PeanutButter/Banana sandwiches. Nutritious and delicious...

Has anyone ever had a pecan butter sandwich? Those are amazing.

Much better then almond butter sandwich. Don't get me started about how crappy a sunflower butter sandwich is though.

Need a place on the northwest side that has really good produce, like a farmer's market. HEB and Kroger all have garbage produce. As a vegetarian, this is frustrating to say the least.

I have a recommendation for all HONDA and ACURA auto owners. Burden Auto Care on FM 1960 a block from Jones road are the best and most honest mechanics I have ever been to. They only service Honda and Acura automobiles. As long as that shop is in business, I will ONLY buy Hondas and Acuras from now on.

They are always great at explaining all the work they do and will tell you when you can wait on a repair. They have saved me a TON of money.

Depending how far northwest you are, Canino Produce is a great place.

Damn, dude. I'm pretty sure he was kidding...no need to wish cancer on somebody. I'd bet if you polled the board, a pretty hefty portion would say that they had lost a family member to this, the killer of man.

Sorry if I'm just way off and you guys know each other and wish painful deaths on one another regularly.

    Okay, serious request.

What's the quietest brand of Microwave you know? Not just quiet but also no stupid beep sounds when the timers are up.

The Whirlpool MT4078SKB is supposedly one of the quietest MWs on the market. I hear Panasonics are very quiet as well.
