That has the potential to be a pretty big deal, though, especially to the teams that just used up all of their cap space and thought they were going to have the flexibility to add another max next offseason. This makes me wonder if Morey will rethink his plan for this offseason and just stand point hoping to add that second star a year from now.

The Cap projections deserves it's own thread in the Dish. Maybe the terms of the TV contracts are being adjusted to provide a smoother increase rather than a significant jump in 1-2 years. Something they wish the did prior to this season, maybe.

We should offer Greivis Vasquez the minimum and a significant role. He's coming off an injury, and a year in MDAs system could set him up for a big contract next season.
Looking at that initial list, I would go with Steve Blake, Ty Lawson (yes, I went there), Isiah Canaan, or Aaron Brooks.
Pelton's best available 1. LeBron James 2. J.R. Smith 3. Mo Harkless 4. Allen Crabbe 5. Jared Sullinger <strike>6. Festus Ezeli</strike> 7. Donatas Motiejunas 8. Meyers Leonard 9. Tim Frazier 10. Terrence Jones
I feel like NOLA should roll the dice on TJ - pair him back up with AD. I'd love a flier on Harkless. Not sure we have the budget left to make an enticing enough offer than Portland doesn't match.
