The more I think about it, the more I feel we should use this season to get Tracy ready for next season? We can get a top 15 pick, have Tracy healthy, hopefully Yao can return and we can make another push for a Championship.

Sell it to Tracy that way and see how it works. Give him a date to work towards for a return, so it at least looks like we are all on the same team. Have him return with limited minutes with the goal of getting fit enough to start.

What ever happens the club needs to do something to try and stop the perception of drama.
