I don't think T-Mac is lacking motivation...its a mixture of just being simply EXHAUSTED physically and mentally...Rockets have gone from a High of high to a bit of a free fall... I think we just need to take it easy on t-mac and let him and the entire team for that matter to recooperate...i think gsw and phx are winnable and we should come back to houston on the 24th with a 2 game streak
When the team stink up, Tmac stink up even more. The guy is NOT physically tired. He's mentally tired and unmotivated.
Combination of factors. Fatigue (physical and mental), facing defenses he generally doesn't perform well against (aggressive double teaming), and a drop in intensity after the Bobcats game.

keep comparing tmac to lebron and kobe and any other superstar that is currently capable of carrying the load for an entire team, you will be disappointed. T-mac is a solid player, and has great performances which only a select group of players in the nba can perform. Thats how you can find a true appreciation for t-mac.

No suport on O, and too tired on D. On offence end, we need 4 or 5 offence players to free everybody. We cant rely on Mac or Scola to creat or score while Hayes and Deke draw little opponent deffence. On deffence, we did OK. Our starters just had to play more time on D and tried more hard on O, they would run out of gas sooner or later, which leads to the 4th Q melt-down. Rox just 1 player away from running our games successfully, Landry or Yao . I wont blame anything on anybody of this team, they r true warriors!
He's never been a leader and now cannot be a superstar anymore. He can do nothing to carry this team like what cp3,kobe,dirk or nash do for their teams.
Well, I think you can vote he's simply tired then. The poll certainly can not cover every reason. Though I have my own opinion which is lack of motivation, the poll itself is quite objective.
