Maybe I'm in the minority, but I'd be much more embarrassed if my school was considered a tier-three university and subsequently held the highest STD infection rate in the nation. But yeah, in the scheme of things, the fact that a Longhorn slightly resembles a part of the female body makes me totally embarrassed to go to Texas.
Once you've graduated, college pride is overrated. It's just like college freshmen who wear their high school letter jackets on campus. Move on. I'm a UT Austin alum.
I'm not sure if you are calling me a moron for thinking tier 3 is an insult, or because you think it isn't true. If it is the former, then I don't mind since I feel the same way towards the Uterus. If it is the latter: http://colleges.usnews.rankingsandr...l-universities-rankings/c_final_tier+3/page+2.
lol Where have you been? It used to be tier 4 before.... about 4 years ago I believe or something like that, it's gotten better... still not a tier 1 though.
Academically Tech is at the bottom of the Big 12 I would imagine. I have talked to 2 Cougars and an Aggie that transferred in from Tech and they all said Tech was significantly easier. No wonder Leach graduates all of his kids and has to dumb down the offense Tier 3 though. Almost lost academic accreditation (whatever that is) remember.
Not anymore, friend.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neyland_Stadium Although I assumed DKR was still slightly behind it, but apparently the capacity at Neyland has been reduced slightly in recent years.
i have a hard time imagining tech being anymore difficult academically than SWT. i'd say you should be thankful to be considered Tier 3 at this point.
who cares. i'm a ut alum and loved, loved my time in austin. but really, can't you guys drop the inferiority complex. ucla has more than double the national championships we do, boulder has a more beautiful campus, yale is better academically, etc., etc. don't embarrass yourselves.
Wow, I am just stunned that FFB hasn't come back to this thread after insulting someone for being correct.
