Yeah right they give up a big man like Al Jefferson for a bunch of semi retired scrubs and a rookie whose shot has missing since the start of the playoffs. Honestly do you believe the Celtics would give up youth for the chance to handout arthritis prescriptions to our aging players. Think for a second, you are Boston and you have a pretty good chance of landing Greg Oden or Kevin Durant and build a dynasty but you send all the other young players away for garbage that half the NBA wouldn't care about to begin with?

It's debatable if West is even a "good" PG.

Wally's contract is a poison pill. Absolute poison pill. He's averaged 53 games in the past 4 years and is a major liability on defense.

Scalabrine is only decent in the locker room. Has he gotten his first 10 rebound game yet or no?

Jefferson's the only guy that's attractive on their end, and I'm of the opinion that he's overrated. He gets his 20 here and there, but is just as likely to not show up. Poor man's Bosh. Hasn't shown he can bring it against anyone he plays yet and is easily shut down. They should have sold high on him.

WOW Atlanta gave up a a potential 4th pick to Phoenix for Joe Johnson just so they can package him a year later after he made the all-star team to Houston for a bucket of fried chicken and and toilet paper to wipe your ass with. Please pass the Koolaid ! ! !

Al Jefferson just had a breakout year and is only 22-years-old. Trading him away along with Delonte West (who I believe is a very solid player) all just to dump Wally World's contract would be insanely idiotic on their part.
