    but kobe >>>> AI

trading battier + fillers + 2nd rounder for kidd, lewis, or vc might still be a stretch

I tried this one a few weeks ago on RealGM; it works (trade ID 3769342)

    Houston Trade Breakdown
    Outgoing
    Juwan Howard
    Bob Sura
    Bonzi Wells
    Luther Head
    Incoming
    Tyson Chandler
    Chris Paul

Why?: Rockets add two big pieces to the puzzle: an elite PG and a physical defensive minded PF.

    New Orleans Trade Breakdown
    Outgoing
    Peja Stojakovic
    Tyson Chandler
    Chris Paul
    Incoming
    Luther Head
    Quentin Richardson
    Malik Rose
    Jamal Crawford
    David Lee

Why?: They want to run and shoot. They rid themselves of the injury riddled Stojakovic and pick up three quality athletic shooters. Lee is a fine replacment for Chandler.

    New York Trade Breakdown
    Outgoing
    Quentin Richardson
    Malik Rose
    Jamal Crawford
    David Lee
    Incoming
    Juwan Howard
    Bob Sura
    Bonzi Wells
    Peja Stojakovic

Why?- $$$. Isiah and the rest of the Knicks brass have hamstrung this franchise financially. The Knicks shed three huge contracts and pick up three players that will be off the books this summer or the next. They've been reluctant to part with Lee, but some serious salary relief to shop the free agent market for a marque player or two (ex: Vince Carter) over the next two summers may be the motivation they need to part with him.

There is absolutley NO way that the Horents would dump Paul, Stojakovic
, and Chandler! Those are there three best players?!? No one in their right mind would part with Chris Paul (especially for his current bargain contract) and then to toss in Peja Stojakovic!!! No way

But wouldn't it be awesom though??? Battier, Sura's contact, Rafer, Head, 26 pick for Kobe

    Lakers

    Bynum
    Odom
    Battier
    Head
    Rafer

    That team sucks!

Houston - After we pick up Nocioni and Francis for the Vet and MLE and trade Howard for the Claxton and the 11th pick-

Yao Vspan (cuz he can do it all)
    Nocioni Hayes
    Tmac Snyder
    Bryant Wells
    Law Francis

;) that's pretty sweet...we have our closer...and we can have an a and b squad...half the team plays one night the other half plays the other...and we still win!!!!

Since when was the Hornets cheap. They just dumped out a ton of money for Peja to see him get injured. Yeah, they would dump him if they could now, but please. He's no better than JHoward now unless he gets younger somehow

Ask Muggsy Bogges, Rex Chapman, Alonzo Morning, Larry Johnson, Vlade Divac, David Wesley, and Baron Davis... they'll tell you about it.

I can't believe I'm arguing this. Please don't respond anyone, I submit, I lose. It was a stupid trade.

    Successful Scenario
Due to Houston being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Houston had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

No ! Rafer + Head for Childres and 1st pick that's not what we really need in my opinion. I said that we can trade everybody but no Yao Tracy or even Luther. They're too good :p
