I could not tell if it was him or not but I do not think so. Would be a nice surprise if they could pull it off. I do think I saw the bad guy from Merantau in this for a second though.

Critics are comparing this to The Godfather, Jesus my lord Mr Evans you have outdid yourself on this one and you have come a long way from Merantau one of the best Martial Arts movie in the last decade or so, WOW!!!!!
Some dudes and a couple of movie sites I think. David Farraci (sp) from badassdigest.com praised it highly as well. Then again it is a film festival and things can get blown out of proportion like You're Next which every critic seemed to love but I wasn't too keen on it. Either way I'm pretty stoked for this.
