    That is just flat wrong...........

Our last three wins have used this method, and it is the most effective way we have to score..............

Have faith in or big man, because we will NEVER win if Yao cannot be dominant down low in the 4th..............

I'm not talking about Yao Ming as a player, I'm talking about Yao Ming as a Leader. Yao Ming is not a leader, he's a hard worker, an efficient center, a good person.. but not a leader. We need a guy that knows what it takes to win and not afraid to let his teammates in on the formula.

I don't think we ever got Ron to be a leader in that sense.

I think we got Ron to bring toughness to the team, and if needed, he'll run into the stands and bash someone and we'll throw our hands up and say "We cant help that he is crazy" but at the same time we're glad to have someone like that on the team.

The lack of leadership for me starts and ends with T Mac and Yao.

Artest is not the sharpest tack in the box.

BATTIER should be our leader. He's smart and has the work ethic every player should have on this team.

I just hope that Artests tendency for poor decision making (ON, IN THE STANDS,or OFF the COURT) doesn't turn into a constant theme in his career.

I trust BATMAN before Ron every single time. What good is passion when you dribble the ball off your foot.

Batman plays with passion, Ron plays with passion, and intimidates the hell out of the other team.............
When does Ron dribble the ball off his foot? The guy never turns the ball over........ He has always had a much higher Assist to turnover than Shane.............

No way should Ron be our leader. Not a slam at him at all, but if a player is a leader it should always be the best player. It should be Yao or Tmac.

BUT - look at all the previous champions. Who would you call the real leader of those teams? Who did it start and end with? The coach. You know Pop cracked the whip w/ the Spurs. Phil was the puppet master w/ the Lakers. Larry Brown drew the line w/ the Pistons. The coaches were always the main person pushing their team when they needed to.

It's taken this long and it still doesn't look like this team is totally in sync w/ Adelman's schemes. That's not to say it's his fault, but there's not that same synchronicity that you see between team and coach like previous teams.

Are you kidding me? if you can get the ball to yao without him being double teamed, you bet he's gonna put that ball into the rim. Just look at the Blazers game, he was FOULED and he got the ball in. Please don't say stupid things like don't pass the ball to him in the 4th quater.

ARTEST turned the ball over in a crucial last few minutes of the game...........WHERE WERE YOU?

I guess you think he takes great shots and is a great shooter as well.

The only thing intimidating about Artest is his reputation.

Dude was brought here to be a scorer as well and he has DISSAPOINTED!

Wheres all the threads I wonder?

Agree to Disagree. I appreciate how he plays, his effort. His shooting will round in to form..........

"The only thing intimidating about Artest is his reputation."

Again, maybe it is that he is a 265lb freak with the fastest hands in the league that makes him intimidating.......... And his balls out mentality ala Vernon Maxwell.

LOL!! Maybe this will teach people that when new players come into a team there is a period where chemistry needs to develop. Ron is starting to figure out what this team needs and he is doing it on a bum ankle.

    Tru Warier indeed.

aren't you one of the biggest proponents of the "Tracy is the reason" solution towards our losses to teams like the Grizzlies...?

before this game.. he had a great showing against Golden State.. so it's not just one game.. and these two consecutive games.. on a bad ankle no less.. have provided a more promising showing of Artest to what we can expect from him for the rest of the season.. than anything Tracy has done.. this very season..
