That Jews can't be American, British, German etc. They can only be a Jew and belong in Israel.

It's what's so dangerous with the right wing government in Israel trying to attach all Jews to a nuclear armed nation-state with f-35s. The right wing government doesn't really care about anti-semtisim. They care about prolonging a security state because a security militarized state is always good for right wing politicians. It's when they are the most popular when the citizens believe they need a locked down security state.

The Israeli government has no issue labeling any Jews against a nuclear armed state as anti-Semities also.

This is essentially the exact type of anti-semtisim that lead to the Holocaust. Ironically before the Holocaust, Hitler offered to let all the Jews leave to western countries but countries like America were "nope".

The questions posted to the university by the congresswomen (in bad faith, but let's set that aside for now) about the 'Genocide of Jews' and the 'Genocide of African Americans' received the same response. The consistent answer was rooted in the principle of free speech — the same free speech that the right pushed hard for and passed laws in 2018-2019 to ensure 'hate speech' are allowed on campuses.

I don't buy your premise. I mention Israel because they were just recently victim to a terrible terrorist attack that has spurred antisemitism across college ivy League college campus.

 

I understand that is your perception but I've seen direct criticism of Zionism and the state of Israel from college students being labeled as anti-semetic.

I've seen college students who have merely stated that Hamas is an effect of settler colonialism and followed by Aparthied as Anti-Semitism.

I've seen basic explanations of history of this conflict labeled as Anti-Semitism.

I don't trust the claims quite frankly.

Where even liberal politicians say that if our capitol building crumbled the one thing renaming would be our support to Israel, I see the heavy hand of the state and corporate leadership suppressing college activism which has a long tradition.
