Why is everyone so upset, i think this is a great topic. i think too many people take all these trade rumors too seriously anyway as far as that is concerned.
It's stupid stuff like this that gets them started. And Hoopsworld is not a major site. If it was ESPN or the Chronicle or something, the story might be a little more amazing. It's no surprise that hoopsworld picked up an internet message board rumor. It's also no surprise that someone saw it and called in to 610 about it, or one of their on-airs read it and reported it.
This is the Hangout where talk about poop gets 10x the response of anything of real value. Please don't try to take a solemn stance in here.

Talked about power of the internet the other day to a friend. Or tech's influential affects. Or me turning into a geezer at a young age not liking this digital age of advancement that much. Information superhighway keeps us connected all the time. To all the constant flow of bullsh** and the other millions of ways I never thought imaginable how people can be jackasses. Being connected to more sh** to worry about. If it werent for p*rn just a click away, I'd consider limiting the flow of info I receive and live more desolate away from it all or something...
Overreaction, perhaps? You know, there are people on SI, ESPN, and other sites doing the same kind of crap and GETTING PAID FOR IT. It's not like their rumors are any more reliable than some random BS ones made up as a prank.
