And the Cleveland announcers said we only had 2 turnovers in the entire second half. That's why we won the game right there (well, that and Deke's elbow).

If dumping JJ is somehow going to cut down on our turnovers, great!

Barry and Wesley are quicker than Jimmy. They seem to be good defenders. I really hope that Wesley is gonna be a guy who can knock down shots..and Barry too..and Sura eventaully. They also seem to have good offensive awareness and can help execute the offense well.

Yao's brace is off and hopefully he can start taking over games and shoot well.

We traded Moochie that's a good thing

We'll need to climb higher than 8th seed. I've watched a couple of Spurs games, I don't think we stand a chance this year. Spurs are just too good. We are 1 good trade away from 5th seed.

Suns are more likely to win more regular games than the Spurs. If we stay at #8, we have a higher chance of facing Suns than the Spurs. But #9-12 are going to be so stacked that one game you could be out of the playoffs.

I have confidence in my favorite sports team that they will make the playoffs. Things will work out this is just a tough time.

I don't fear the Suns at all. I think as season goes on, Suns will come back down to earth a bit. Teams know what to expect now. The little 2 men game between Nash and anyone is working less and less often. Teams are also slowing them down. They'll still be high seed, but I doubt they'll get first.

Other than spurs, I really fear the Sonics and Mavs. We don't have the personel yet to guard against good shooting teams. I'm hoping Wesley and Barry are good perimeter defenders.

Tommorrow's game will really show me if Wesley and Barry are good enough defenders. The Bucks have been playing like Sonics for the last 3 games. Redd and Mason are just lights out. They also have good athletic rebounders. Their record, like ours, is misleading. I fear Bucks.

This team has been through alot, things have not worked out, BUT, amazingly, they are still within striking distance of the playoffs. They may pass Portland tomorrow night, and are potentially better than LA. I like the ball movement I have been seeing and both the shooting and the rebounding have improved recently. I was angry with the Jackson trade, but Wesley could prove to be valuable. I like Barry and Sura's energy. Even Howard and Taylor have looked better. A long way to go, but, I see some hopeful signs. TMac is Jordanesque and Ming has his moments. If the role players can come together, the team might make a run.

we are a better team than half of the teams in the league right now. we knew Rox will struggle in the begining so if we take away those games than we have a winning record. That means that we are doing a better job winning and with our chemistry. wait till the all star game when Espn and everyone will lock us to be a playoff team.....

    Positives:

Barrret and Bowen will be solid role players and will shine on occasion-they will contribute mightily.

    T-Mac is the best!

Yao Ming will get better and better- he is a high character person worthy of great respect.. I like Yao.

Sura plays with a lot of heart!

Mutombo is doing an out standing job.

We played well in Cleveland- a victory was sweet!

    We beat the Spurs.

If you want more, just read the whole thread again.

If you still don't think there are any positives, just post elsewhere.

I used to bullseye womp rats in my T-16 back home. They're not much bigger than two meters. Anything is possible.

we have FIFTY TWO GAMES left in the season to turn our team around...

on December 5th, I predicted we would be 15-15 at the end of December. if we can win tonight, we will start the new year from scratch...
we might as well not even count the first two months: this is our team now...

we will go 30-22 in our final 52 games and we will finish at 47-35, the same record as last year, 7th or 8th seed locked
