The Pistons are expected to waive Cato, should we sign him???

    No. No. NO. And I like Cato, he was always good on the radio shows.

    I really like the Kelvin Cato in 2003-2004 season. He was one of the major reasons why we were the best defensive team in that year.

    For the minimum yes, elsewise forget it.

    If Jerome James can get 30M for playing 6 minutes per game, Cato won't be signing for the minimum. There are so many teams that need a low post presence and a big man that we have little to no chance of signing him let alone for the minimum. Next year is Deke's last and it wouldn't be bad to see the twin towers of Cato and Yao, they would lock up the paint on opponents. I think he would be a good value for anything up to 4M.

    Right now, no. I'd look at him in the offseason as a backup Center if we lose Mutumbo.

    he needs to sign with us for cheap, we were the one who gave him that huge contract, its time to return the favor
