Well, this one isn't so much pain but more of a ray of hope amid all the pain. Here goes:

I have no idea, but that's the one I laughed hardest at for some reason. Also liked weekend at tracy's and t-mac in the wheelchair. It's not so much about the punchline, but a function of how well the head works where you're putting it and to what degree it caught you off guard. The wilder the juxtaposition, the better it works, the funnier it is.
