Steal… give them 2022 and 2024 pick swaps too in a 3 way deal with the Knicks for the draft rights of Sergio Llull while we are at it.

Let me take a quick stab at grading this:

Trade value of these players (1-10):
Wood 7 (versatile scoring forward with inconsistent defense on a decent contract)
Gordon 5 (great veteran mentor and 6th man abilities for at least another couple of years)
Tate 4 (all around glue, ideal bench forward)
Theis 1 (warm big man body, bad contract)

Robinson 5 (sniper with poor defensive play, worth more to contenders, could re-flip)
Oladipo 2 (2 points for expiring contract, damaged goods)
    Okpala 1 (filler, a fringe/tweener player)
Yurtseven 3 (being generous for recent offensive play, plus we could have the Turkish Twin Towers!)

Rockets send out 17 points and receive 9. Seems legit.

Sacrificing our future? That's chump change.

They can have Dream and 93-95 and we'll go dig a hole and jump in it too! That's right we'll trade our past too!

I think we can get a frp for Wood...
I think we can get a frp for ego...
Tate maybe a 2nd... but maybe not....
Theis maybe a 2nd - but at least an expiring...

i dont see anything coming back worth a single frp.... let alone 2.... lol

Who the f*ck is Koala Kangaroo and why does their trade idea suck so much for the Rockets?

Anytime you have a chance to trade three of your most productive/efficient players for 2 of another team’s least efficient/productive players, you just gotta do it. Those opportunities don’t come around too often.

Amen! I just don't understand why these types of deals don't happen ALL the time. The NBA is a real head-scratcher. Sometimes I just wonder what GM's are doing half the time. When regular guys can come up with trades like this it makes you think.
