I guess they expect everyone who plays the Lakers to sit around pissing and moaning about their fate.

Seriously, this is how they feel.

The second you think you're team has a chance against the almighty Lakers, you're a idiot and whatnot.

I guess i'd feel the same way if I knew the League was behind my team making the finals one year.

I also find it funny how they think that letting Kobe get his is a terrible idea. Yeah, because it's exactly what the Celtics did

Moronic post. In my eyes, you people that criticize the ___ only fans are actually more annoying than they are. So what if they only like one player? If thats why they watch the Rockets, why should you have the right to judge them? As long as its not a personal attack, they should be able to post whatever they want.

Also, when did being 16 year old mean you could make fun of 15 year olds?

If we win those bandwagons will immediately jump to the Rockets ship.

I think Scola is going to surprise them. They think Gasol is in another league than Scola or something.

Nothing would make me happier than shutting up the most arrogant fans in the sport.

True. Scola is not the same player that has played the Lakers. He has more confidence and since TMac left has become a key player. Scola has been in pressure playoffs just like Gasol it will fun to watch how much different this Rocket team is compare to the four times LA beat the Rockets.

Hahaha, I was really surprised to see me quoted there. I post so rarely compared to some other people.

If we're just going to let Kobe beat us, why even bother playing Artest and Battier? Just put Wafer and Barry in the game and let them do their thing.

I stand by my quote. There's no mystery as to how to beat the lakers. It just comes down to whether we can execute our game plan or not. If we can't, we lose. If we can, we have a chance, but as we all know very well, sometimes kobe makes ridiculous shots from crazy distance and 2 defenders all over him. If he goes into that mode than it doesn't matter if we execute or not.

wow, those guys are really cocky/condescending. I prefer Blazer fans. They were a little cocky at the beginning too, but at least they were humbled and respectful when they lost (and I don't hold the officiating whining against them, because that's every fans reaction when they're dreams are crushed).

considering LA has 1.5+ million Asians I think there's probably a few Asian posters on that board. nice racist pidgin English. who's posting that Yao is the MVP over all leagues? You've successfully made the point that we have some r****ds on this board using yourself as exhibit A but I dont think you made the point you wanted to make

that forum is full of homers. Laker fans are the worst fans in professional sports making Cowboys fans look like evil geniuses

Man that post by the Laker fan on stopping Yao has not watch the latest games played by the Rockets. So, his take on stopping Yao requires a whole lot of attention to getting Yao out of his game. I don't think it will be that easy to execute with the way the Rockets are currently playing. The thing with LA is playing them physcial(Contest every shot make the Lakers earn every point and the Rockets will have a very good chance on winning the series not just 1 or 2 games like most experts predicted), take the fast breaks when presented, and take the ball out of Kobe's hands in the fourth(hard to do but it is a must)

I hope the lakers players also play with this arrogance. Then we really got the chance.

Lakers fans are idiots. Half of them are bandwagon fans with no NBA knowledge anyway.

I guess the going trend is for the typical overconfident Lakers fans to pretend having the most talent means automatic victory while conveniently forgetting that Kobe sabotaged two NBA Finals teams where they had that very same advantage.

Man, i dont care what they say, I just want our team to come out and give a good effort, keep things interesting. Of course we have a chance to win, that is why they play the game, bc you never know what can happen, yes Kobe is that good but he is not GOD. Anyhoo, some of those fans on the Lakers forums are Waaaay too proud, you would think they were on the court or actually had something to do with the game rather than sitting on their fat asses drinking beer and watching it.

I'm a Lakers fan and I cut Lakers videos. I cut a preview (though pro-Lakers) for the series.

I have to leave to get to STAPLES right now, but good luck tonight! I'm sure it will be a very interesting and most importantly, entertaining series; always is with Artest and Kobe!

They overrate their team... and especially Bynum.

    To them Bynum = Wilt
