    The article neglects to mention that his cancer was caused by Bud Selig forcing to the Astros to switch to the American League.

    i think it was unnecessary to attach a specific disease to it, personally. that doesn't make it any more or less funny. they could have just said it was a terminally ill kid, and avoided offending parents who have gone through losing their small children to cancer.
