If anyone wants a Wii Nunchuck I have 2 extras. 25 bucks if you come pick it up, 30 if I have to ship it(pay with paypal).
Me likey too. Spinning the globe around and checking out weather all over the world is pretty neat. I hope they keep adding more cities to check on.
I just tried the weather channel and Im impressed. Very convenient, I don't have to wait for the news or read the newspaper now. All I can hope for is that the weather prediction is accurate.
I figure it should be. I don't feel like booting it up right now to check but doesn't it say "information provided by WeatherNews" or something like that? I don't know...seems like they've got some reliable people behind it. I guess we'll see. By the way, I like how hovering over a city when it's raining prompts a rain sound effect. I also like the music a lot...very soothing.
Whatever he does with the nunchuck after he's bought it off of me is none of my business. Sure thing Mateo, I'm in the SW part of town, just let me know when you could be on this side of town and we can figure out a place.
I checked it last night at around 9:00 and the last temperature update was at 6:48pm. So it said 69 degrees, but that was almost 2 1/2 hours old. I also checked the temp at weather.com at 9 and it said 65 degrees.
picked up a couple of wii's in the TRU in sugarLand..but all sold out if u didnt line up early this morning. the bestbuy in sland had plenty of controllers remotes + nunchuks... good luck huntin for one..
The Weather Channel and Internet Channel are up today!!!! Both are free. The Internet channel, using the Opera browswer, is available through the Shop Channel as a free trial version. I'm browsing the internets through it now and it's not bad.
when the hell can you start playing with other people online? i wanna kick someone's ass at wii golf!
I installed the Internet Channel just now (not on it atm, i'd rather type with a keyboard). It works well, nice and quick. Of course, the first page I tried out was CF.net. I go to GARM, and lo and behold, I see the Yao Injured thread. So a mixed bag, and I wasn't able to test it fully, like youtube, etc. Very nice to be able to sit there and read news, sports, etc. Nice, easy to use interface. Hopefully they keep it free. Kind of rediculous to have to pay for a browser on a device with networking built in.
Any word yet on who will be getting shipments and when post-Christmas? I'm going to call around here when stores start opening up, but I was wondering if anyone had heard anything.
