+/- is often a horrible indicator to use for a game, not to mention one half. Having said that, McGrady's team worst -23 seems like a pretty good reflection of who the worst player on the court was for the Knicks based on what I saw. He was playing so lackadaisically at both ends. I feel for McGrady and Knicks fans that believed McGrady might be part of their future. He's done.
I just posted last page about this. I have no idea but I think his athleticism has declined so badly so fast. I think he may be able to regain some of it if he works harder but I'm doubting him.
yeah, he does look old out there. Just for the record, the play where he chucked the 3 was because he was going for a 2-for-1.

to be fair, the whole Knicks team look like high schoolers I don't think the management cares either, they are looking at the future
Me too. I think he is finished. I don't know if it's effort or he really is this slow now. I think it's a combination of both. Even in his two 20+ scoring games he still looks slow on offense. Defense he has looked horrible every single game.
Fair enough but he took the shot with 39 seconds left in the half. He probably would have been well-advised to try to get a better shot off than a 26-foot running 3pter.
yup, all I see is him standing around the rim when the opponent is driving towards it it might just be that he doesn't trust his knees, because I have seen him jump pretty high many times but the mentality is clearly not there

Well going to the Knicks I didn't expect him to play defense because damn near their whole team does not play defense but he stopped playing defense the last year or two in Houston.

He is an embarrassment on the court right now. When you are sucking this bad, at some point you need to check yourself out of the game. Just to preserve whatever dignity you have left. Sadly, that point was more than a year ago for McGrady.
