I gotta hand it to him, those last 2 shots were dirty. Especially the one with the clock at 2, he even used a little of the vintage ball handling skills on that one.....looooking real good for his first game in such a long time, now lets get some quickness and dunks out thur!

Very impressive first half. He sure would help the Rockets, but that relationship was doomed after not informing the club of his decision to go under the knife before going to the media.

I'm torn. I really want McGrady to do well -- I can't hate the guy -- but its in our interest for the Knicks to be awful.

Yeah but what you said was pretty wrong.

Martin wasn't the only player in Sacramento, have you ever heard of Tyreke Evans?

LOL ... its almost not fair to compare the two on offense.

Adelman didn't bench McGrady because of his offense, I can tell you that.

Don't ever, EVER compare TMAC to Ariza. TMAC is an elite player like Kobe, VC, LeBron, Melo........

Ariza is not your go to guy, he's more like a Role player. Ron Ron have waaaaay more game than him.

I wish TMAC all the best as a Knick.

When Yao gets injured again will Kevin Martin help him walk off the court or will someone else need to help Martin out too?

He looks far, far better than Ariza...offensively. Even a 50 year old T-Mac would look much better offensively than Ariza at any stage of his life.

They cant, they really cant get over it. It is funny too because the more vitriol directed at the guy from Rockets fans the more I wonder if there is some lingering doubt about trading him away. I really think there are a lot of people here who are outright obsessed with the man, a lot of people here are acting like a bunch of jilted girlfriends.

Do not be surprised if some are praying for his injury just to "prove" themselves right or feel good about "ripping" the Knicks in the trade

    OMG....TMAC TO THE RACK!!!!

lol.....this hurts to see him doing so good. He claimed he is at 100%..... :(

I'm happy for him, finally getting some minutes to show he's not done.

I really wish things would have worked out, but Rick didn't like him.....blah..

Even Adelman doesn't know currently why he benched McGrady.

The thing about T-Macs D is that we could have minimized his negative effect when YAO came back. EVERYTHING changes when you have a dominant big watching your back - there's a reason why the Rockets were a top defensive team with McGrady half assing it after the '05/'06 injuries. YAO makes all the difference.
