haha, you stopped defending him? Yeah Its frustrating to compare what he says to his game on court, but remember , he is coming off a very serious surgery and hasnt played that many minutes in quite some time.........so for the first time the fair thing would be to wait and see what he can do a few games from now, but yeah he is still very talented but the quickness and speed are unfortunatley all gone.
The Bobcats? The Lakers are supposed to beat the Bobcats? What the heck basketball have you been watching, the Lakers nearly always lose to the Bobcats. And there's a difference between a contender losing to a near-playoff team(which everyone does) and a contender losing to one of the worst teams ever. < Good. >
Lakers taking a few games off against eastern conference bottom feeders, because it doesn't affect their standings.
So you know how he feels? Some of you are the biggest drama queens ever. You act like he said he played great.
no does anyone in their right mind consider the Knick even close to being the same level as the Celtics Biggest problem with the Knick's game is inconsistency, kinda the same with our game. One night they will take it to overtime against the Celtics, or blow out the Pistons, then come back the next day and get blown out. I know this should belong to the GARM, but I really think that we need some more consistent players. Which is why I feel that we should've kept T-Mac, so we'll have CAP in the summer to sign a consistent all-star.
Tmac is right about Toronto though, their tax rates are very high.....and a player can make more playing his home games in Texas or Florida...or any other no income tax state. DD
hopefully tracy has more patience than this. it's about getting consistent minutes for him, and getting his legs back slowly. even a young cat like amare took 2 years to get back, and had to shut it down in his first attempt from microfracture. though tmac had a lesser extensive type of surgery, he has to take it slowly. he may have talked a lot about how he's feeling, but you can see it in his minutes. he's been getting consistent minutes lately. we'll see more about how he's able to play in the last 10 games going into next year.
Thats racist, I take utmost offense to that as I am a mexican. I am proud to be a mexican too. It's what makes me get up every morning, when I open my eyes, I think, what am I? When I hear "mexican", I have strength to get up. Eff all you haters and your t-mac hating ways, he is STRONGER, BETTER, FASTER, and can LOVE HARDER than all the players in the world. C'MON T-FIERCE, WE NEED YOU BACK!
Won't their marginal tax rates for millionaires be lower than the USA tax rates, after the Bush tax cuts expire this year?
I think it's worse than that, DD. Tracy needs to string together 10-15 consecutive nights of making it out onto the court. I am truly in awe of the people who say he's s working his way back, he's not in shape yet, etc. It's true he'll be inconsistent coming back from surgery, but the guy has supposedly been working his ass off for months. How can he not be in shape? Somehow he'll magically return to form and regain his basketball conditioning over the last 20 games? It's to wake up guys. He's had more than enough time working with Grover, etc.
He'll easily get a contract next season. The bigger issue is he hasn't shown he can be a complementary player. LeBron, Wade, and JJ won't be happy if he dominates the ball. I guess he could come off the bench and run the second unit on those teams.
Whether the situation (tax/team success etc...) is true or not, he should just keep his damn mouth shut. He is not doing his image/PR any good by talking period.
That's true but if he played with those guys I think he would open up to being a complementary player. In New York they don't really have anyone who can consistently run the offense.
