Only thing is he won't be here past next year at the latest. We have had several FAR better coaches than Silas who didn't crack the 4 year mark, (JVG, Adelman and D'Antoni). I'll be shocked if he is here next year.
Silas is actually a well-respected quality young coach. That's working with the organization to accomplish organizational goals. He's going to be here for a while just because of that fact. Not to mention the possibility of attracting a player like Luka, who highly regards him, 3-4 years from now. Silas is going to be here for a while. He deserves to be.

Porter Jr is actually a good defender at his position, while Wood is not even average at his position.
Luka will be like James Harden 2.0 no effort on defense etc. Team has enough scoring, and potientally enough play making. Houston needs to develop on the end without the ball in their hands as no one on the roster has a problem in scoring and if we draft who we are projected too we will have another player who can be a scorer.
There is no way KPJ not PG for Rockets next season. If Banchero had 7 game run like this with Duke he'd be consensus #1 overall and he's not putting up these kind of numbers in NBA his rook year no how.
