I will miss him as much as Cato, and Francis. T-Mac better create more wins for this team or else CD has to go for messing up a team who loved playing with each other.
Bye Bye...Cat...Bye Bye...Steve...Bye Bye..Cato You guys will be missed Plz opt out cat and come back
I know Clutch will miss him more than anyone else. I love the Cat, but I will miss Stevie more. At least he showed up for the playoffs........
I'll miss them all and I'm sure I will root for them as long as it doesn't affect the Rockets in any way. Good luck
Cat found his niche as a sharp-shooting defensive stopper last year. He was 5th in the NBA in minutes played.
I will miss Cuttino... provided scoring, defense (at least on occasion) and rebounding at the SG position for a reasonable salary. Seemed to work hard and was likeable (and a good interview). I wish him luck and success in ORL...
I will miss Cat like crazy. I don't know if its been stated, but other than managment, he is our final link to the good 'ol days right? His rook year we still had Dream, Barkley and a shot a something. I've always said, and stick by the fact, that if you know Cat & his 24-7 affair w/ hoops, you know someday he will be a great coach. Hope its the Rocks
Damn, I have to figure out what to do with Cat's real life size poster I jacked from Just for Feet that is in my room I will always follow Cat wherever he goes, even more than Sam......dont know why, but he is my second favorite Rocket all time...... Good luck Cat
Man its kind of ironic how until this past season I always thought Cuttino had rock for brains and finally he turns the corner and turns into an all around player and then we trade him. Well heres to you Cuttino, best of luck and opt out and sign with us next year...
Cat has been my favorite player on the Rockets since Dream left. Sucks to see him leave, but I'm sure he'll do fine wherever he goes. So long, Cat!
I will probably eat my words later this season, and I hope I do. This is not a good trade, Francis, and Mobley are way too good and this year Francis will come out of the not so good year he had last year, and Mobley will become a Kobe type of player. Cato will be the same as last year because I don't see him developing a mid range shot. Now if Nachbar is included in this deal it would make it one of the worst trades we've ever done. I still believe that if we would have kept this group of Yao, Francis, Mobley, Boki, and Cato we would have come in with a very good team next season, but if this trade works in the Rockets favor, which I doubt, I will be one happy Rockets fan.
Yeah, it's tough. Sniff. Let's see how well the Cat meshs with a bona-fide brilliant man in Okafor. Emeka may have trouble "feelin' it", when that 33 ft heave clanks off the rim 2 seconds into the clock. Can the Cat play the two-man game with Emeka? How could you get a better partner to play with? Maybe age has finally given him a mature game. I wouldn't bet on it. People don't really change. They find better ways to be who they allways were.
