But what he did works. It sucks that no one could stop him but in the end he got it done. I dislike him as much as the next guy ( you know that sland ) but the mavs one and part of it was because of him

I was rooting for the Mavs because as much as I dislike them, I cannot stand the current Spurs team. I can't stand how Ginobili throws himself into other players instead of attacking the basket and then cries if he doesn't get the call. I can't stand how Duncan gives the "WHO? ME?" face every time he gets a foul. Both are worse now than Nowitzki ever was.

I dunno if he bribed them, but he sure as hell put alot of attention on them, and thats what people have done in the past to get the refs to call it a certain way. He just had more influence.

I think Bush should uni-laterally attack Dallas. I don't care if they have weapons of mass destruction or not. I'm sure Cuban is killing and torturing his own people. I know he tortures me regularly.

    Well is this classy ?

So does that make Bruce Bowen a bad person? No, and it would be ridiculous to think so. What NBA players do on the court (play aggressively, play dirty, whine, etc.) can be judged for what it is: action on the court. But to take it any further than that, to be so emotionally invested you take what they do personally, is just weird. To actually “hate” people that you’ll never meet, and have in no way affected your life, negatively or positively, just because they play basketball for a team that beat yours is dumb. You can dislike them (in general) or hope they lose the game, but you can’t make judgments on their character by what they do on the court. YOU DON’T KNOW THEM.

The reason I don’t like when people bring up how “classy” the Spurs are is because that makes it seem as if the Spurs organization is somehow the vanguard of virtuosity. The Twelve Apostles in Nikes. They set the standard for all that is good. No one else in the league is “classy,” which is why you have to point out just how great these guys really are. San Antonio doesn’t have a patent on kindness and graciousness. I’m pretty sure every team in the NBA donates to charities, and hundreds of players have their own foundations for various causes. I’m also pretty sure there are some players with a great deal of flaws, vices, etc. But unless you know any of these players personally, these “evil doers”, try to keep your criticism to the action on the court. Try not to hate either… Nothing good is going to come out of that.

That's funny... but constantly saying "I'd root for Al Qaeda vs. the mavs" and suggesting Bush bomb Dallas is plain wrong.

And it's been reported as distasteful.

Dirk the flopper and Mavs makes me sick!

They have a chance of winning, but I won't vote... I can't contemplate the thought of them winning it all...

Ok i agree with the fact that Ginobili does flop and throw himself into players but its NOTHING compared to Nowitski who looks like hes gonna lose his balance and fall over anytime he is touched by ANYONE.. at least Ginobili can take contact and finish.. Nowitski straight up falls down and is BY FAR the most unclutch 'superstar' ive ever seen. And did you actually see the fouls they were calling on Duncan? That was one of the most biased officiated series ive seen in the playoffs in a LOOOOOONG time (kings lakers anyone?).. I dislike the spurs but HATE the mavericks. I think its hilarious that Nowitski is an mvp candidate simply because if there are 2 seconds left in the game, and you are down by 2.. who do you go to? most likely its gonna be terry or even stackhouse, yes dirk is that unclutch

also, the city of dallas makes me dry heave. it seems everyone over there is fake yuppy.

    hi

did you watched the game ? because nowitzki took the last shot of the mavs ...
and if i follow your idea, Duncan cannot be an mvp candidate because Ginobili often take the last shot for the spurs, and it was the case again in this game (on the last 2 spur's possessions)

and i think the last plays are easier to play for guards, because if there's a foul it's gonna be called ... but if you give the ball in the paint with 1 sec remaining, the refs will never call anything, it's such a mess in there lol

This series should be a free throw line contest
cause these are the two biggest Flopping teams I know
    plus
they both get away with more offensive fouls than Shaq every got

    They also the SOFTEST teams
    excuse. . . . .CLICHE OF THE DAY . . .'Finesse Teams'
    in the league
