I'm thinking it's Michael's boss, the one that he sorta slept with. I doubt they would have him go with someone that hasn't been intruduced yet. My favorite parts were when Michael marked the correct Asian girl with a marker and when the gay coworker came into the office after his paid vacation and left immediately when he saw the Christmas party, "No, it's too soon..."
I think the list for potential trip goers is: 1. Jan- hinted by jim's pep talk and most obvious 2. Michael's mom 3. Todd Packer The next episode in January is supposed to take place after the trip, and the plot is that the pictures from the trip circulate around the office.
amazing ep. Yeah, I assume it was jan...but we'll see. They should try to twist it somehow since we all expect jan--otherwise why make it a secret? either way, awesome. as a whole ep, i think it was ok...about average for the season. But it had so many high points (agreed on the marking of the arm) that made it much better
I bet it's Jan. Those two have so much comedic potential together, they're just so wrong for each other. I could easily see them run a believable love/hate relationship for the rest of the series.
My favorite line from the past show is when Michael is drunk and says, "All.....waitresses look a like." That part had me rolling. He is freaking hilarious when it comes to race.
Oh, man...that's an excellent guess. They could just do a whole episode with those two dude in Jamaica.
Your body is a wonderland. I can't get that out of my head now. Michael and his new best buddy did a fine job on that one. Then suddenly she's not yo hoe no mo
IMHO, the best episode of the year...Man, I watched it a couple of times this weekend and LMAO... Bros b/f Hoes... Dwight singing "Lady" from Styx... Asian Hooters... marking the waitress on the arm to tell them apart...OMG...I was rolling...You know, all waitresses look alike... The sample of Blunt's song...why don't you buy the whole song? btw, I too think he invited Jan...
Spoiler that was in the NBC preview (commercial shown tonight)--implies who Michael took on the trip (I wrote it in the tag below) Spoiler http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nzsc9pyJWas It pretty much implies that it was Jan
I just bought season 2 and have been watching it the past 2 days. I love this show!! I still like Curb better though
From John Mayer's blog... http://www.johnmayer.com/BLOG THAT'S "DUNDIE WINNER" JOHN MAYER. One of my favorite shows on television, The Office, wanted to use my song "Your Body Is A Wonderland" in a scene for their Christmas episode. Now, I'm not making apologies for my work, but it's safe to say I don't get asked to use "Wonderland" for strongman competitions and documentaries about aircraft carriers. I get asked so that people can goof on it. I initially turned the request down, but after thinking about it, (and hearing the details on the incredibly funny sounding scene from producer BJ Novak) I decided to go for it - but with one stipulation: I want a Dundie. The episode airs tonight, Thursday December 14th (NBC), so check it out and hear Michael Scott butcher the song during karaoke night at a Scranton Benihana's. In the meantime, here are pictures of myself and the only award that matters in this business.
