This was pretty funny...Of course, I think the best line is "you look exotic, was your father a GI?"...LMAO... Spoiler Ryan keeping the desk...LOL...Now as no. 2, he can get it back...I guess we all thought that Pam and Jim would do something, but to go in another direction, pretty sweet...I like Andy...Mini Michael...Wouldn't you think Michael would not want to be called Mike...just thinking...The breast pump was awesome...LMAO..."right place at the right time"...I love this show...
The great thing about having such a large cast of talented people is that they can throw in a short little hilarious Creed thing in every once in a while just for laughs but not have to continually find a way to fit him into everything. I also love how even Phyllis always refers to her boyfriend as Bob Vance. Not just Bob. But Bob Vance.
badass episode. i liked the new black guy's little motion to stanley, followed by the look of "whateva"
This show is becoming...dare I say it...predictable. I didn't really enjoy last night's episode all that much. I think we knew there was going to be something going down to lose the fat guy. Michael was the typical idiot. I kind of wish Michael wasn't such a predictable idiot all the time. I would like to see a side of him that can actually work...more like a Jekyll and Hyde type of thing with him. Currently, he is just incompetent and there is nothing one can expect from him except shannanigans. I guess I want "The Office" to be more like "Office Space" in some ways. In "Office Space", anyone working in a cubicle-based environment could kind of relate to certain work events in that movie. However, in "The Office", I can't really relate much to what goes on in that office because it's so pathetically absurd. It's still a great show. It's just its gone so low in so many ways that there isn't a lower level it can really go to. Michael has pretty much broken every moral and ethical rule in the corporate handbook. Nothing is unexpected anymore.
Last night's episode was great. I hope they don't screw up the chemistry by adding too many new faces, but I trust the producers. They've done great so far. I actually like the Pam/Jim thing. I think she screwed up not going after Jim after she called off the wedding. She's way too passive and now she's getting her just rewards.
Deleted Scene #1 is so-so...Karen meeting alcoholic Meredith. Deleted Scene #2 is pretty hilarious.. makes you remember "Big Tuna" http://video.nbc.com/player.html?dlid=44824
I was reading over Jenna Fischer's blog and she said that after Thanksgiving, they have an episode called the Convict airing which was written by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchants, the co creators of the original Office. Also, their Christmas episode will be an hour long and it's directed by Harold Ramis.
This should be a good one. ------------------------- 3.09: The Convict Monday, Nov 30th, 2006 Written by: Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant Summary (NBC): Michael tries to be supportive after learning that one of the new employees is an ex-convict, but gets upset when the staff starts to compare the office to prison. Meanwhile, Jim “coaches” Andy when he decides to make a play for Pam.
In case anyone missed it.. http://www.dailymotion.com/funkafied/video/xnmo6_the-office-s03e08-the-merger
I discovered this show recently and I just finished watching all the episodes in about 10 days (yes, I'm currently single, how did you guess ? ), and I have to say I love that show. I don't know how I will manage to have to wait one week between each episode, though. Last night's episode was pretty good, I'm looking forward for more of that Andy / Dwight battle.
LMFAO, I just watched tonight's ep and the scared straight sequence was one of the best things they've done period. Prison Mike talking about how awful prison, especially the Dementors flying around stealing people's souls, chilling stuff
i think this was the best one of the year, probably because they finally got most of the plot stuff out of the way. this felt a lot more like last season.
This episode was on par with season 2. Very funny. Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant need to write some more episodes.
I'm just happy Scrubs is back. <object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/GF6rSGfUdyg"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/GF6rSGfUdyg" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>
Except that Andy is by far the best new character... and is slowly becoming one of my favorites. I'm almost liking this year more because of the fact that they were able to inject new blood such as his character. Dwight, while still funny, was kind of running out of ways to look "idiotic", while still being beliveable (the "initiation" was really pushing the limits). Andy is sort of a "higher functioning" Dwight, meaning he's more composed, and has a better appearence on the outside... but is just as gullible, if not more-so, and is vulnerable to just about anything they want to do with him. The falsetto at the end was flawless...
