They haven't really worked well with celebrities in the past: Idris Elba in the worst arc of the series up to that point, Jack Black and Jessica Alba, and Kathy Bates the new low point in the series. Maybe they try to influence too much how their characters are written.
Michael Scott Paper Company was hilarious in so many ways- watch it again. Just watched the Sabre arc- not as good, but enough funny stuff as it were.
Hopefully Ferrel will play the part more to the tune of "The other guys" / "Stranger than Fiction" than "Ron Burgundy"/ "Old School". I feel that would work best in the show. Excited either way.
Whoa!!!! That could be full of win! Personally, I think Will Ferrell is overrated but I'm interested to see what he can bring to the show.
A cold open with Michael Scott and David Brent. Already in my top 10 all time. "I don't approve of that in the workplace!!!!"
I really don't think the Office needs a Michael Scott... just don't give Jim or Daryl an increased role. In fact, Jim needs a smaller role in general, I get it, he's likable - but a focus on his character doesn't make for an entertaining show.
i really like the intro for British office <object style="height: 390px; width: 640px"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/lv6_TSTy27o?version=3"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always"><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/lv6_TSTy27o?version=3" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" width="640" height="390"></object> barely finished watching the whole series, loved it. Bloody brilliant tart wanker bollocks.... no censoring
