I personally thought this was the worst one as it had too much relationship drama. The last four episodes seem to have been suffering from MPD. Now its all about relationship woes. Jim/Pam Micheal/Jan Ryan/Kelly Darryl/Kelly Dwight/Angela and Andy/Angela.... all in one episode. Please get back to the original idea ... Inner-office drama.
Well all those relationships kind of create inner office drama. I personally liked that episode quite a bit, thought it pulled back the reigns a bit on Michael's extreme nuttiness thus far this season and they gave all the characters more depth overall. That scene with Jan and Michael at the end was very well done and honest, I was worried they'd go wacky or something but I liked it. Oh yeah, it was also really cool to see Michael in another office enviroment, at his 2nd job, he was actually the cool one there with the rest of the employees
i think it was a good episode but i'm glad the 30 minutes are coming back. there's too much filler going on.
"Ryan's being a little b**** again." "Oh D! Oh D! Oh D!" Nice interview with Mindy: http://www.radaronline.com/from-the-magazine/2007/10/mindy_kaling_office_1.php
oh man, best ep of the season! Yet another one of Michael's videos, and somehow, it still wasn't disappointing!
i thought it was good, but not as great as the first episode of the season. dont know not to many laugh out loud moments for me this season. thought best part about tonights show was kevin making his kool aid.
Scranton is hosting a "Office Convention" this weekend and most of the cast has been on the Today show today. http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5itR7JMAyWDaFuHErw7vK0PJnwn4g Scranton, Pa., to Host 'Office' Party By MICHAEL RUBINKAM – 2 days ago ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) — As Michael Scott, the clueless boss on NBC's "The Office," would say, "ain't no party like a Scranton party." With that in mind, the city where the Emmy-winning cubicle comedy is set is hosting a weekend blowout for thousands of fans. The inaugural "Office Convention" promises to be as quirky as the show itself, with highlights including an Office Olympics (Dunderball, anyone?), a character lookalike contest, appearances by cast and crew and performances by the Scrantones, the band that recorded the show's theme music. "If people leave here saying, `I had a blast in Scranton,' then we've achieved our goal," said Michele Dempsey, 35, an architect and Scranton native who came up with the idea for the convention. It starts Friday with the "Today" show's Al Roker broadcasting live from the University of Scranton and wraps up Sunday. About 2,000 tickets ranging from $25 to $250 have been sold so far — 70 percent of them to out-of-town fans. A remake of the acclaimed British series of the same name, "The Office" is shot in mock-documentary style, following the exploits of Michael Scott (Steve Carell) and his sad-sack underlings at the fictional Dunder-Mifflin paper-supply company. In its fourth season on NBC, "The Office" boasts a devoted following. Fans have been making pilgrimages to Scranton, a small city about 100 miles north of Philadelphia, to check out real-life landmarks referenced on the show, from Poor Richard's pub and Farley's restaurant to Lake Wallenpaupack and the Lackawanna County Coal Mine Tour. City leaders have done their best to capitalize on the show's popularity, touting Scranton's recent emergence from years of economic stagnation. "The show has been the vehicle by which we can tell our story, and cities rarely get that opportunity," said Mayor Chris Doherty, who counts himself a fan. Fourteen cast members, along with the show's writers and executive producer, are scheduled to appear this weekend. None of the actors who play the main characters — Carell, Rainn Wilson, John Krasinski and Jenna Fischer — have signed on. Dempsey said the show has helped the city feel good about itself. "For us in Scranton, we watch it with a whole other level of appreciation," she said. "When you would tell people outside the area you lived in Scranton, they would feel sorry for you. Now, it's, 'Oh my God, I love The Office!'" On the Net: http://www.theofficeconvention.com/

The Office to spinoff? http://community.tvguide.com/blog-e...iello-Report/Exclusive-Nbc-Planning/800025959 Exclusive: NBC Planning Major Office Expansion! If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, NBC may be about to pay a major compliment to Grey's Anatomy. Multiple sources confirm to me exclusively that the Peacock is developing an episode of The Office that would introduce several new characters who would then be spun off into a new series à la Private Practice. However, unlike Practice, which stole Grey's regular Kate Walsh to anchor the new series, the proposed Office 2 is not expected to include any of the mother ship's core cast. In fact, producers are already casting about for a "name" to headline the potential show.
I think this ep might have been the best of the season. Lots of laughs, hardly any slow bits. That "The eyes are the groin of the head" line is one of the best one-liners ever. And Andy was very funny trying to weasel his way into The Finer Things club. "The Finer Things Club is the most exclusive club in this office." And that tag with the group doing Angela's Ashes was great. Loved this ep.
Angela is in one of the deleted scenes. Its posted on nbc.com. Its a pretty good clip, too bad they didn't use it in the final cut.
While not my favorite episode ever, I don't think I've ever laughed more at an ep of the office. Hilarious!
Last nites episode was awesome, loved the failed attempt to steal Printer and all the goodness being relayed via the walkie talkie.... Jim.......please......host the Dundies.....
This most recent episode is one of my top 3 favorites of the entire series. It had so many hilarious moments. I like the scenes where Michael talks about/to Stanley. "mo money mo problems, you should know about that Stanley" (I think that was the quote) The previous week where they had Stanley as a prison inmate picking up trash for the Dunder Mifflin commercial was great also.
