Some great lines, but I found the whole show kind of depressing. I think it would have been funnier if Michael and Jan had started making out and grossing people out instead of arguing. Maybe Jan suggesting the Michael that they try to make it a swingers party. The vasectomy story was pretty funny.
I thought it was absolutely hilarious when Michael was talking to the guys about Jan's candle making as an investment opportunity, Andy: "thought about it, I'm in."
It was kind of sad the worse it got, but at the end you see Jan gluing the Dundee back together, so you know she cares. I can't stop laughing at Jan dancing to the song by her former assistant. Did they ever show if they had hooked up or are we just to assume that based on the song? Jan: You know Pam, in Spain, they don't even start eating until after midnight. Michael: When in Rome...
It was never implied that they hooked up, but definitely implied that she had a thing for him. The song probably makes it more likely. I thought it was a good overall episode even though it wasn't very Dwight-heavy. Not much plot development (other than Michael and Jan have serious issues) but it was interesting that Angela decided to come out with her relationship with Andy. Thought there was gonna be a riff between Jim and Pam there for a minute but it appears they are good for now. The first big fight is coming though, you can bet on that. Dwight bringing homeless woman was pretty epic. "I have so many questions for you, whats your email address?" "email?" "... nevermind."
I thought that was a coverup? Maybe I misread him dropping her off at the end there next to the homeless guy at the bus stop
Those were my favorite parts. Also, Andy leaning over to lick Angela's ice cream. Angela give him that look and smashed the ice cream on the side of his car. hehe.
I just figured she had to find her own way home after Dwight took Michael, Dwight's first allegiance, with him.
such greatness, a void has been filled in my life. the office is back, and it is a great episode. I vote 7.5/10 on the hilarity meter. his 200 dollar PLASMA was hilarious jan suggesting to cook with pams wine. LOL rinsing his meat in the wine. LOL
Hmmmm. I can see that too, but her whole exchange with Jim led me to believe maybe Dwight had just picked her up off the street.
I don't think there was anything bad about Jim and Pam or whatever...he tried to take her with him, he got called out on it...he probably thought it would've been a really funny prank just to leave her there, and then she said the line about "You can always get new stuff, you can't get a new party"...it's like how when Jim couldn't speak in that one jinx episode and Pam volunteered him for a speech. That's just kinda how they banter... As far as episodes go, it wasn't the most hilarious for me, but it might have topped Gay Witch Hunt as the most awkward episode, which is definitely a good thing... "Good luck paying me back on your zero dollar a year salary with zero benefits!" Pretty good zing for once by Michael
I was disappointed. I give it an 8 on the 10 scale, 'cuz it's becoming a "NOT OFFICE" instead... we want OFFICE interaction... I think? She looked quite hungry... and when Jim asked about email, she had NO CLUE. I think moestavern19 is on track... maybe not babysitter, but just a lady down the street?
it was good but yeah i wanted an 1hr episode. found a remedy for this by watching it drunk the first time, then rewatch it sober or "drunker"...only you have the power to choose.
