Hollins is already there on the bench so seems most likely. That said, the results from the current coaching staff points toward not wanting someone from the current bench. Snyder, Hammon, Sampson any of those 3 would be a breath of fresh air.

I am pretty sure she can outcoach silas any day of the week. It's 2022, a woman can coach basketball. This woman has coaching experience of 8 years under Pop. Played many years as a player. Only reason folks don't want her is b/c she doesn't have a third leg.
