12/12 Guessed on Janet Yellen. I knew 10 for sure and was 60/40 on the Shunny/Muslim question. Good to know my general knowledge of the news is high. Yay.
And that's why you set NPR for the alarm. Almost waffled on the spending question and totally guessed on the poverty rate.
Easy stuff except the one about the Federal Reserve (I only knew it was Janet Yellen because of economics class). I got 12 out of 12.
Got 12/12. Haven't watched the news in years and neither do I live in the USA most of the year. On the downside, I don't know who are the judges on the Voice though. This chick I met for a date found that ridiculous to not know such information.
Yo Air Langhi! Can you add a poll to this thread so we can submit our scores and see how clutchfans compare to this nationally representative sample? Two things should be noted: 1. As evidenced by this thread, low scores are underreported, as most average people aren't so bold with sharing when the upper percentile are comparing scores. 2. Aside from the fact that Rockets fans are clearly smarter than the average citizen... the nature of this self-selective sample should yield higher results than the national poll (i.e. people interested in taking a news quiz are likely those looking to validate their well-informed selves). And I got 11. I took it a few days ago so I don't remember what I missed.
