Ish is gone. He was included in the Battie-Thabbet trade

Doesn't matter. We are perennial first round fodder at best as is.

Might as well get a few more ping pong balls, line up more ammo (draft picks), and swing for the fences when it comes to the draft over the next couple of years.

I'm happy with the moves made, though it is bittersweet. It's a reminder of how far we've fallen since Yao and Tracy fell apart. Just like the Astros last summer, it was time to rebuild. I hope Scola gets dealt this summer or next deadline. Lowry and Patterson should be the only untouchables, and from there try to find a star to build around in the draft. Martin/Lee and T-Will could be nice complementary pieces if that happens.

Looks like we almost had a new backup PF/C too....

Source says #Hawks had discussed trade that would include Zaza Pachulia for Brad Miller before deadline

Does anyone listen to Carl Dukes?

He was reporting yesterday that the Rockets were contenders int he Deron Williams sweepstakes, but the j*zz didn't want to send Deron to a Western Conference foe.

How amazing would that have been Clutchfans???

It looks like this is Morey's version of two steps backward then one step further backward. This roster is a septic TANK. BOOO.

I want to see lots of Patterson, TWill, and Thabeet to finish the year.

Let's get these guys some minutes to figure out where to go next season.

Ooops - Forgot JHill. He should see time at C for the most part, I think.

Not really impressed with the moves made.....it will open up playing time for T-Will (he will be starting in 2 games ,book it)so thats a plus.

Dont expect much out of thabeet until next year when the DREAM and coaching staff will have a summer to work with him.Expect alot of fouls on thabeets behalf. he should take some of Hills minutes which have already decreased.

Dragic is a poor mans Nash, and i mean really poor!! He is a good player and is a true point with better passing ability then Lowry (its like Ish but Dragic is a better shooter)

not really excited or feel either way about the trades and upset we missed out on Wallace. Also Boston ended up letting Erden (Center) go in a weak trade...SMH.....Morey you have some questions to answer buddy!!

    Lee-pg
    Martin-sg
    Williams-sf

on the court at the same time!!WOW! ....You have a slasher and defender in Lee, a scorer in Martin and your PF(Point forward) with crazy athleticism in Williams.....Carzy backcourt!!

Dragic's a combo guard. I think he'll get minutes at SGvtoo.

Lee starts at SG, Martin at SF, but switching on defensive matchups.

Damn, the 24th-best defense in the league got wrecked?

Crap, they could slide all the way down, straight through the second-to-last decile to the last decile.

What a nightmare! It's like if the Texans would have been without Kareem Jackson last year!

I don't particularly love the new roster but I didn't love it before so no real change. I like Dragic and maybe getting out from under Nash's shadow will help him bloom in an Aaron Rodgers kind of way.

AB was named co=captain at the start of the season. Scola has never been a co-captain. Chuck should be the captain now. In some ways he already is just that.
