Lonzo Ball Jrue Holiday - Josh Hart - Nickeil Alexander-Walker Brandon Ingram Zion Williamson Jaxson Hayes David Griffin already doing work. $30M in cap room
I’m jealous of my buddy from NO. He’s a very loyal fan to them. I’m happy for him as well. They’re going to be an exciting team for the foreseeable future until they lose Zion to the lakers in 2027.
I rarely get annoyed by any NBA result anymore unless it involves gambling, but it annoys me that NO wasted AD, then got lucky over more deserving teams in the Lottery, and now get rewarded with Zion. If any team should move to Seattle, it’s the Pelicans. They play in a crappy arena, the city cares more about Saints and LSU practice, and now they are probably set up for the next 5 years unless they screw things up. Oh and the Rockets get to deal with them if Zion and all these picks and young players work out.
The Clippers should be the first that moves, nobody in LA cares about them and just goes to games cause it's cheaper than the Lakers games. The Clippers should move to Seattle or Vegas.
Zion (what? 6'6) PF Jaxson Hayes C Alex-Walker SG Louzada Silva SF Pretty good overall with the Laker haul.
What if Kawhi shocks the world and signs with New Orleans? Holiday / Ball Kawhi / Hart Williamson / Miller Ingram / Diallo Okafor / Hayes Can flip Ball or Holiday for more depth since the frontcourt bench doesn't look too great. Defense already looks fantastic though. They're set up now to make the playoffs and they're definitely set up for the future, with all those Lakers picks.
