Since there are numerous threads started about such boring crap bands as DMB and Radiohead ( ), I thought I'd start one about a real rock-n-roll band, LIT. Their new CD, "Atomic", simply rocks, and is catchy as hell. Buy it and you'll be singing along to every freaking song. Thank you and goodnight. Freak: My wife loves the single off that one - me too. You should check out the new Ben Folds. It isn't as heavy, but it has hooks for days - think Jellyfish meets Elton John.
No prob Achebe, I wasn't expecting this thread to get many responses anyway. I would say it's basically the same formula, just catchier. So, pretty similar. Take out the heaviest songs from their first, and replace them with more catchier, radio-friendly songs, and there you have it. Jeff -- I'll have to check that out.
