    Joe the Plumber is back!

Michael Steele now has another high-profile Republican publicly bashing him: Samuel "Joe The Plumber" Wurzelbacher.

At a meeting of conservative activists in Milwaukee, Mr. The Plumber had some tough words for the RNC chairman: "Unfortunately we have a chairman up there who wants to redefine conservatism; he wants to make it hip hop, put it in a new package and sell it."

"You can't sell principles; either you have them or you don't," he added, to applause from the audience of 800 people.

Joe The Plumber has really embraced his self-proclaimed role as the voice of the right-wing working-class voter -- quite a different audience from Steele's desire to expand the GOP into minority communities. And Joe's pronouncement that conservative principles can't be repackaged and sold -- you either have them or you don't -- is strikingly similar to Rush Limbaugh's line from CPAC that conservatism is unchanging and permanent, solidifying a definite line of anti-Steele thought.

This gets more absurd every day...

Steele May Face No Confidence Vote

Republican insiders tell Political Wire that a no confidence vote on RNC Chairman Michael Steele is likely to be called after the NY-20 special election on March 31 -- regardless of whether Republicans win the seat or not.

Katon Dawson, who came in second in the January RNC vote, is said to be quietly organizing a vote and is getting the support of several state party chairmen who want to dump Steele.

Me too. That would assure Dems of taking every state except SC and Utah.

I thought the new face of the GOP was this 12 year old little idologue that was lecturing them on political strategy a couple of weeks ago.

Between Steele's new hip-hop conservatism, Bobby Jindal's Kenneth-the-Page impression, and that little home-school kids ranting - the GOP has got the youth vote locked up.

Small world. Iron Mike is the ex-husband of Steele's sister, the same sister Steele is accused of paying in his last campaign for services not rendered. (Because, marrying Tyson is an excellent recommendation of one's personal responsibility and business acumen.)

Steele's style is impetuous, his defense is impregnable. He's just ferocious. He wants Obama's heart, to eat his children. Praise be!

(For the record, I think Mike Tyson would be 20x more effective /entertaining as the head of the RNC.)
