I have been really hard on Dwight since joining the Rockets. I for one felt that after last season the Rockets needed a post player. One that create his on shot on the block and demand a double team. I always felt throughout his career Dwight is a great defender but on the offensive side of things, when he scored it was from a great pass rather than a great play starting from Dwight. Lately he has been ok but for the most part of the first quarter of the season it was obvious that he lacked a tradition back to the basket post game that Houston centers all had. BUT TONIGHT December 21 2013, I dont know what was in Dwights Gatorade but he brought it. And it was none of that alleyoops or drop off dunks, Dwight was actually creating off the block for himself. Honestly I would say that is the best I have ever seen him throughout his career. If we can get this Dwight Howard for the next 4 years WE WILL WIN A CHAMPIONSHIP

He did this in Orlando too. He dropped 45 on the Hawks in the low post, in a playoff game.

He is just starting to get more comfortable, and his teammates are doing a way better job getting him the ball.
