His mentality has changed. He's being more aggressive. It's great. He's gone from a defensive specialist to a basketball player.

after this Chuck mania, In regular season, Chuck should have no business playing for more than 5 minutes a game.

Seems to me that the Chuckwagon started out last seasoncontributing alot more on the offensive side. Then mid way through the season his interior scoring and FG % seemed to take a big slide.

It happens every year. He comes on confident and aggressive but as the season progressives he regresses. I expect nothing different this season although I would love for him to prove me wrong.

...but Chuck has truely gotten better every year. Early on he focused on his defense until pound-for-pound he was top 10 in the league. Remember earlier he was constantly in foul trouble but he corrected that. Now he's focusing on offense.

Chuck is just a hard working dude and always will be.

What I really want is a compilation video of Chuck's passing ability. His outlet passes are amazing. He would make a pretty good quarterback.

I have been a little surprised by the highlights I've seen of Chuck... still, he showed flashes and really impressed me from time to time last year.

I think moving back to the 4 will help him tremendously on both ends.

Not that it's surprising, but Chuck was a good TE in high school.

Well he should have put in more time on FTs and offense before this offseason.

I love Chuck, but he was better at finishing his rookie year than he has been the last 2.....he used to shoot like 55%.....from the floor.

He has it in him, he just has to work on it.

Not that I'm making a comparison but Hakeem came after each summer and it was clear he had worked on another part of his game.

Chuck clearly shows after each offseason that he's worked on some part of his game. Staying out of foul trouble and footwork and then defense and this year it's offense. It's clear, to me anyway, that he IS working on it.

Chuck ain't perfect. That's for damn sure. But the guy is smart and maximizes the tools that he's got.

As I have said before, Chuck was only a dependable jumpshot from being an MLE player. If he proves that he has one this year, he's going to get paid.
