I found it amusing as well as a bit disturbing. Ehh, can't blame them for not wanting to focus on it I suppose. What was it that you said earlier? Ministry of disnformation? :D

Perfect game would be more apt, even. But good call.

Nuggets4, just out of curiosity, are u a Nuggets fan and a Rockets fan at the same time?

and does anyone know if Boykins what at the game? I really wanted to see him fight with Nate. :D

anything on NBA TV? I remember I was watching the Detroit/Indiana game live when the brawl happened and NBA TV completely ignored it and they didn't mention it at all until about 45 minutes after the game. I wonder why? I mean, they are going to show sooner or later and everybody is gonna see it. too bad it's a Saturday night and everybody is gonna see it tomorrow in the morning news.

Boykins was on the court at the time, but he (wisely I must say) stayed away from the fracas. Didn't help him though, as all the players on the court were tossed.

NBA TV completely glossed over the incident.

I actually think that Isiah is both a thug AND a d*ck. but I actually like George Karl. he is a very respectable coach and he seems really cool. I really like him because he has a lot of respect for our team and he called Tmac "the best player in the League" or something like that if I am not mistaken. George Karl is a great coach and he is professional. Isiah is a r****d who wants to make some noise and make himself appear "less stupid" because of all the r****ded trades he did and the complete failure he faced and is still facing in the Knicks franchise. I mean, highest payroll and 2nd worst record? that's pretty bad.

I just want people to see this part again.

GOD NO! ;) This was just one of the best boards when I got on the 'net so I lurked. I've been here longer than most of the Rockets fans here. I really like Yao though if that makes you feel better.

Boykins played in the game but not on the court during the melee. He was the only player on both teams that finished the game, but wasn't on the court (he was sitting on the bench with the assistant coaches). The Nugs tossed were Dre, Camby, Najera, Smith and Melo. Even though it's not reported, I think both teams actually had 6 players kicekd out. I saw one Knick leaving in his warm up gear, and I know Nene left the game early for the Nugs.

Had Boykins been on the floor, he would have stood around for 23 seconds doing nothing, jumped into the air off-balance and thrown a punch that accidentally hits one of this teammates.

ok guys, thanks for entertaining me in a night where the "rockets discussion" forum is very boring and is full of threads bashing our players and calling for trading Tmac for PJ Brown and Duhon. :(

even though brawls are very bad, they are somehow entertaining and they give u a good laugh sometimes.

thank u Nate Robinson, for being a r****d and putting on a show tonight.

    good night guys.

Lol, I dunno. I remember reading somewhere that he's one strong dude and can benchpress some ridiculous number and dunk with his eyes closed  !

p.s: Okay, so the eyes closed bit was just me :p .

Call me a homer, but why Najera was ejected? he didnt do anything wrong, he only try to separate the players?

Earl Boykins, if i recall, can bench 300. Dude's pretty strong.

You guys remember what team he comes from. He's a Bad Boy.

Mardy Collins should get a five game suspension for the Flagrant 2 on JR Smith.

JR Smith got up and got in Collins, which is fine, I guess, but that Idiot Robinson HELD Smith's arms back and locked it in.

Carmelo comes running in between David Lee and another guy to get his shots in.

Nate Robinson throws his arms up like he's some type of homie from a hood ready to fight, so this Triggers Carmelo to give a quick shove in the face.

That is when JR Smith comes back in. He tackles Nate Rob down, and the other four Knicks jump in to break it up/be peace makers.

Then Carmelo Throws a Punch. backs up like a baseball pitcher.

Again Nate Robinson Pulls up his shorts from the bottom, and gets his hand ready to go UFC on somebody.

    Everybody regroups.

Basically, I see Collins getting five games for the flagrant.

Nate Robinson getting Eight just for being a moron

JR Smith getting 8 for his tussle

Carmelo Getting 6 for the punch.

Jeffries will probably get three for his hand choke job.

Hopefully, the other guys in the fray dont get fines or suspensions.

The Knicks is a weakass version of the Trailblazers of the late 90s. They have the thuggish mentality of the Blazers but can't win worth a damn

Um..why don't you try to actually play team ball and win dumbass? That's the only and best way to defend your home. Clean hard foul my ass. That could have legitimately hurt Smith.

I've got to catch this on replay on ESPN. In the meantime...

I hate Carmelo Anthony, strictly for the "Stop Snitching" bullsh**. Seriously, I hope some gangsters do something to his parents and see if he feels the same way. I have no respect for people who want to protect others who steal, deal drugs, or murder.
