The Need for a "Veteran Leader" Type?

    You know what teams need veteran leaders? Teams that don't have really good coaches. Get a good coaching staff and they'll be the veteran leaders the team needs.

    Every team needs some vets no matter how good the coaches are. Phil Jackson, Pop, Riley to name a few, always looking ways to get a vet or 2, even if its just sitting on the bench.

    Redd, CJ miles and Przybilla is nice players to add. Players that will work hard, bring leadership AND will not win too many games for Rox. :p

    Kevin McHale can be their veteran leader - he's been there and done that.
