There really is no difference, most 'African-Americans' aren't 100% anything these days.

This is not a black problem. The funny thing is the real race baiting that goes on by the media is this "Black people commit crimes." crap that they continue to throw around and argue about...IGNORING the REAL issue here which is "POOR people commit crimes. Yesterday on CNN one of those guys, a black dude was talking about how Black men commit more crimes than Hispanics and Whites COMBINED. This is WRONG, the stat he was looking for was homicides...that doesn't include a bevy of equally horrific crimes...

When you eliminate race and instead talk about social class you find black middle class and wealthy black folk commit the same number of crimes or about.

So if we want to talk about the media bias and it's race baiting we can talk about that too.

 

This is part of the problem.

People rather judge others by statistics and what others tell them instead of using their own judgement. Almost like computers.

 

oh just for homicides. No problem, in that case! Nothing to see here, move along! Blacks are about 12% of the US. If that stat is true, then why are they committing more homicides than whites and hispanics combined??

 

What are you suggesting is the reason? Don't think white guilt will work for this one.

 

Just homicides...does not include every other crime in which blacks are behind. This includes rape and crimes against minors, what have you etc etc.

What do you care? Again, this isn't such a simple statistic...and the only people that make it so have a agenda to do so. As in "Black people are more prone to crime, don't you know they commit more homicides than Hispanics and White people combined?!"

It's not a simple stat and it has more to do with growing up in a certain environment and lack of money and opportunity than it does with them 'Being black.'

 

Republicans especially do not want the discussion to change from race to poverty.

numbers show that the white birth rate isnt growing, and its probably because of race-mixing

 

maybe 25 years ago, but have you checked facebook/twitter recently look at the some of the ghetto slang a LOT of these white female high schoolers are using these days, its unbelievable. not to mention the twerking movement that has become an epidemic in the white female community, white females are also the biggest consumers of the hiphop genre in america, even more than blacks

i mean look at ESPN for example, i had no idea Lindsay Czarniak, Cassidy Hubarth, and Charrisa Thompson were dating black guys. They are probably the whitest women on the network.

 

Yep. They...or rather the ones on Fox etc etc rather continue to point the finger elsewhere and basically say "No, it's okay to think of black people as violent because just look at the numbers!"

Numbers and stats are dangerous, usually the dumb goes along with it.

Floyd always loves to say when someone doubts his greatness "Men lie, women lie, numbers don't!" and then claim he's the best, even used this argument to say he's better than Ali "I'm undefeated, is Ali?" now boxing fans realize the issue here...

I remember back when Iverson was big the knock on him was he wasn't really a willing passer...A Iverson fan would use numbers to say "Well look at his assists! Nuff said!" but people that watched knew the deal. Numbers do lie, especially when people want them to lie.


So of course people are least likely to go out and kill when they are living comfortably, have a nice job to go to, etc etc. They have a lot to lose, it makes people wonder why Hernandez could do what he did when he had it all

It's the people that have little to lose that are going to get into crime.

I love all the republicans though now seemingly showing a care about the black community, hopefully it lasts until 2014.

 

Marriage numbers in America as a whole have been going down IIRC too for whatever reason.

 

This latest point of debate began with an oft repeated dumb**** comment from B Bob that misrepresented the facts. This jury took the time to comb through the evidence and from what we heard had spirited debate because everyone wanted to be certain of their decision. So there is no chance the jury believed something that was never presented as evidence. Neither team said a cop gave a stand down order. The dispatchers role was explained as was his suggestion

You forgot what the point actually was with someone else I was replying too and attached it to your futile quest to be right about something connected to this case. Wrong again...

 

Yet you continue to assume what was in the mind of each individual juror regarding each piece of testimony with no basis for doing so. So, rather than back up your claims, you post sarcastic comments about other posters. Stick to that plan...you are quickly becoming a characiture of yourself.

Maybe you should take a basic statistics class before dismissing the most reliable indicator we have of interracial relationships.

 

And the first juror to speak publicly mentioned Stand Your Ground which was not introduced in testimony... seems to suggest the jurors didn't only considered factors from testimony.

Why is this topic about interracial relationships again?

 

It's a convenient tactic they use in application of race vs social class. When it's crime based it's race focused however when it's discrimination based the focus is social class. Classic.
