LOL! Well to be fair Morey was still able to compile assets by the "kick the can" approach, enough to still get Harden while having guys like Chandler Parsons, Asik and Lin. No chance Cubes and his FO can do that, the only good draft they've done was when they got Dirk and trade for Nash back in the 90's.
Well, our guys in charge made the right call in that situation and now he have the MVP on our roster. Mavs are in a destitute position, much worse than we were in 2012: They have nothing to trade and Free Agents just use them to increase their value.
Yep. Anywhere from 9th to 14th is good for me which is right where they're at. It would be awesome if they managed to get the 8th seed though. Blazers are stuck into mediocrity and no pick will help them out unless it's a top 5. At least Mavs can do something with a 14th pick since they don't have terrible contracts all around.

We're also getting to play the Clippers twice when they're missing Chris Paul(assuming he's not back by the beginning of March). Sometimes the schedule works in your favor.
Well **** happens sometimes when stinky crappy teams (like your Mavs) beat better teams. It's not the norm but the exception so enjoy while it lasts.
I had so much fun making fun of my friends in 2015 when we bounced their punk asses out in the first round. Would be sweet to do it again.
That would be great but unfortunately we have no shot at the 1st seed. That was an awesome playoff series. I wish we swept them in Dallas though.
