Battier had a very strong defensive game. Hill will get the accolades, but Battier was the DPOG in my opinion.
Lee did the spade work in the beginning on Evans when everyone else was struggling. RA should have kept him out there instead of C-Bud.
So what happens if Terrence Williams is better on defense and offense and passing like he could be eventually?
Terrence Williams should get more opportunities than Bud at this point. Terrence Williams has already proved himself the best player in D-league after staying their for only a couple of games. Bud on the other hand only had a few decent games after playing over a quarter of the season. Either Bud rediscovers his stroke, or the guy should ride the pine. The only thing Bud has over Williams is his shooting. which at this point is inconsistent to non-existent. I liked Bud, but from what I've seen I can bet he will be a no show if he was ever in the playoffs.
Interesting little tid-bit from Feigen's blog tonight... http://blogs.chron.com/nba/2010/12/jordan_hill_slams_door_on_king.html IMHO, that sounds like Bud is playing for his job but even if he does well T-Will will eventually be our backup SF.
Battier has turned into a blocking machine lately. Where was he when we needed someone to take a charge?
Innuendo? No. I just thought we should recognize the fact that Shane really had Evans in the palm of his hands and made it hard on him.
Maybe not quite the D-League, but I'd definitely slide C-Dud down to the end of the bench near Jeffries. His defense is godawful and his offense is bad to mediocre, at best. I have a sneaky suspicion Dudinger spent the summer hanging with Joey Dorsey.
Probably his top half that's black. Just a guess. Not a chance. That would be SO unlike Carl Herrera.
Shane had a good night but please lets not get ridiculous. Never put Shane and master in the same sentence. Im about to throw up
sure, is that so hard to believe? Sometimes the difference between a decent player and an all-star is 18 ppg and 20 ppg, or 20 pgg and 22 ppg.
If you're serious, then it is hard to believe. It's a weird way of looking at it. One could say his extra production in blocks makes up for that one bucket, since he's taking those points away on the other end, and therefore would be earning his pay
