As of now Parsons is a player that benefits from the system and the players he plays with. He's a 2nd tier player and nothing more. I hope he proves me wrong and continues to develop into a better player when he resigns with us.

And with all due respect I disagree. I do not underate him. I see what he does. but he can't create in the clutch he is too easy to stop. You can't say he is harder to stop than Howard or Harden or even Lin. It's not an insult to say that. Even Morey said Lin contributed to more wins last year than Parsons. And Lin has improved considerably. So has Parsons so you won't hear me say Lin is more valuable than him. And I will admit that as of late Parsons is outplaying Harden. But as of late does not make a season. And if Harden continues to play inconsistent than we will be screwed and you can say Parsons is better. But that says less about Parsons and more about Harden regressing.

Parsons is a good player that contributes in many ways but we can just as easily win with a Batum or Leonard. Parsons is shooting the best of his career and his numbers are up but in the beginning he shot terrible. Is he hot and he will eventually cool off or is this the new Parsons numbers. I think he is hot because he still has that line drive shot and he still hesitates on open threes. Of course if he proves me wrong great for him great for me and great for the Rockets. But just because I am not ready to say this is the new and improved permanent game of Parsons doesn't mean I am undervaluing him. I think he is the third most valuable guy on the team. Yes I put ahead of Lin but mostly because we have beverly and when parsons is out we have Garcia.

If you think he is more valuable than Harden and Howard then I just think you are the one overvalueing him.

Harden isn't regressing. He's learning what it means to be a superstar. He just needs some strong coaching and a bit more maturity and he will be fine. He is a determined dude so he will learn and grow.
