Small business owners can be pretty bad about micromanaging. El hitman- you need to get your ducks in a row and get it going solo. Or just go straight pimp, which you seem to be a natural at anyway.
In all honesty he has a natural ability to pimp. The Houston market is loaded with hispanic women. I suggest he strongly consider a off site "party business" or flat out pimping. It can be a very profitable venture and one not many people are good at running.

Wow, as much hype as you were giving this club and how much crap you were talking about how great it is and how well you'll run it...and all it took was the owner to not like your partner to make you drop and run? It seems like you fail at every club you manage yet you try to act like it's everyone else's fault but yours. Sorry, just an observation. Maybe you should look into another line of work?
Funny, when I see something like that it just reminds me what a social charity case I was in high school. That's probably why I leave my Facebook profiles wide open, no need having to feign interest just to find out if I'm still a Virginian.
