Portland. They have failed thus far to get a veteran wing player.
They should be good though, their nucleus of Roy, Aldridge, and Oden will only get better.

I would vote Portland had the worse offseason.

You don't happen to have a veteran wing player in mind, do you...

Darko Milicic has a ring. Yao Ming doesn't have a ring. That alone makes Darko Milicic a better player than Yao Ming in the playoffs, case closed. When you have Tmac and couldn't make the 2nd round 4 years in a row and been injured the last 3 years when its playoff time then you're not just a choker, you're a brittle choker, no excuse.

Why don't you look at the playoff stats and the supporting cast Tmac and Artest had around them before you yapping off?

On topic, that article is BS. How can Denver be the losers when they managed to acquire a lottery level pg in the draft the year after going to the Western finals? What the heck are they supposed to do, blow it up just because they lost? Ron Artest was a bargain at 5 mill per year, but Ariza is an even better steal at 5 mill per year. He also missed the boat the Bucks. They are rebuilding! Of course they'd be trading their old players awar  And how can the Grizzlies not be a loser? They had the 2nd pick and could have traded it to the Wolves for the 5th and 6th, getting both Thabeet (whom nobody seemed to want in the top 4) and somebody else at a much lower price. Plus they got Randolph and are in the AI sweepstakes. Those move alone have "epic fail" written all over them.
